Orange Chief Strategy Officer
Bénédicte is Chief Strategy Officer for Orange Group. Since 2014, she has delivered and led the Strategic Plan for Orange Group, Essentials 2020 focused on Very High Broadband deployment, diversification, return to growth and digital transformation over 30 countries.
She has been working for Orange since 2002, heading a wireless B2B2C business unit, including business development and partnerships. She led the negotiations that concluded the domestic roaming agreement with Free / Iliad in 2011. In her position she helped developing contactless technologies on the French market both in transport and in payment.
Between 1999 and 2004 she was responsible for the development of multimedia payments and carrier billing platforms over the 3G networks. Before joining Orange she cofounded a startup in Communication Services, Streamwide, Mrs Bénédicte Javelot has a Master’s Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications, and a MBA from the Sorbonne Business School.
